Thanks for stopping by. My name is Valerie Lopez and I’m the CEO of Residential Mortgage Services Incorporated. I have been at this a long time, ore than 21 years, and have acquired years of industry knowledge. In addition to my years of experience I have my Bachelor of Science in business administration and a minor in Spanish. My number one goal is to pass that knowledge on to my customers. I look forward to meeting and helping you get into your new home.
I am very passionate about helping those around me. That passion spills into my business practice as well. My favorite moment while working with my customers is when I help them accomplish their dream of home ownership. RMS is focused on building relationships and helping people succeed.
In my spare time I stay very active with my two German Shepard's. Because of my love for animals I am heavily involved with Friends of Orange County's Homeless Pets and German Shepard Rescue of Orange County. I am an outdoors woman and I love hiking and biking on new trails. So let me know your best hiking spots.
